KurangTuruDeveloper ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Botol Kecap mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our App to you.

Types of Data Collected

a) Data for App Functionality (Bluetooth & MAC Address)

• Bluetooth Permissions: Our App requires Bluetooth Classic (SPP) permissions (such as BLUETOOTH_CONNECT and BLUETOOTH_SCAN) to find, scan for, and connect to your motor controller.
• Location Permissions (for Bluetooth): On some Android versions (Android 11 and below), the system requires Location permission to scan for any nearby Bluetooth devices (including Classic). We do not use this permission to read, track, or store your GPS location; it is required by the Android operating system for Bluetooth scanning only.
• MAC Address: To provide security features and validate authorized users, we may securely store your device's Bluetooth MAC address in our Firebase Firestore database. This is used solely for app authorization and is not shared with any third parties.

b) Anonymous Usage Data (Firebase)

The App uses Google Firebase services for core functionality. These services may collect some data automatically:

• Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This helps us fix bugs and improve features. This data is anonymous and may include device type, OS version, and session statistics.
• Firebase Remote Config: We use this service to remotely update the App's configuration (like connection parameters) without requiring you to download a new version.
• Firebase In-App Messaging (FIAM): We may use this to send you important updates or information directly within the App.
• Firebase Installations ID (FID): Firebase generates an anonymous ID for your app instance to make services like Remote Config and FIAM work.

We do not collect any other Personal Identifiable Information (PII) like your name, email address, or phone number.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide the core functionality of the App (connecting to your controller).
• To secure the App and prevent unauthorized use.
• To monitor app usage and fix crashes (via Firebase).
• To deliver configuration updates and in-app messages (via Firebase).
• To improve the user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Google Firebase services. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties. Google's own privacy policy governs the data they collect.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (e.g., Firebase's secure infrastructure). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for anyone under the age of 13.

Our target audience is adults who own and modify electric vehicles. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take immediate steps to remove that information from our servers.
